I almost feel like you have the wrong pose here.

I see the darkness, I see his face, I see the glasses, then I question why his hands aren't pulling his suit apart.

It's like you were hired to do the superman poster and forgot that was what you were shotting.

I checked out your shot that got your friend to ask for his, and when I came back here, I was thinking that he would gone for a more imposing shot since he wanted to wear a suit.

I would like to think the suit was his idea.

Like he would stand on the left facing the light source and looking up with his back and the rest of the shot in darkness. Granted, that would take the 'plant' out of the shot completely, but then you weren't there to take a shot of it.

I tend to take things a bit too literal at times, so I hope that what I said didn't upset you.

This is a good shot. It's very eye catching. The lighting is evenly spread out through the shot. It has a nice feel to it. Old and modern at the same time.
